Christy Adams

Christy Adams is a partner at Adams Renzi Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a tough and aggressive trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing injured individuals and their families. Known for her courtroom skill and relentless advocacy, she has secured numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.

Understanding the unique challenges people face after life-altering injuries, Ms. Adams is dedicated to helping them obtain every form of compensation and benefit available. Her practice covers a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip-and-fall cases, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents and dog bites.

Ms. Adams also assists clients with Social Security Disability claims, providing well-rounded guidance to ensure all avenues of recovery are pursued. She has distinguished herself in construction accident litigation, where she has successfully represented workers injured by defective ladders, trench collapses and other jobsite hazards. She has also achieved significant victories in product liability cases involving dangerous equipment such as asphalt grinders, metal compactors and meat grinders.

Ms. Adams is actively involved in the legal community through memberships in the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section and the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia.

A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Ms. Adams credits her working-class upbringing for shaping her commitment to justice. Her father was a career electrician and her mother worked as a secretary; from them, she learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Those lessons continue to inspire her dedication to fighting for injured workers and their families.

Ms. Adams earned her B.S. from Rutgers Business School, graduating cum laude, and her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a member of both the Law Review and Moot Court. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
