Daniel C. Linn

Daniel C. Linn is the co-founder of the legal firm Aversa & Linn PC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He works out of the Philadelphia office, assisting clients in the surrounding areas with areas of the law involving:

• Workers’ compensation
• General personal injury
• Premises liability
• Car accidents
• Workplace injury
• Dram shop negligence

Graduating from Syracuse University with a B.A. in political science in 1986, Mr. Linn gained his legal education at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Passing the bar in 1989, he was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and in 1990, he obtained his license to practice in all the state courts of New Jersey.

Mr. Linn began his legal career at a renowned personal injury law firm in Philadelphia, where he first gained experience in fighting against insurance companies that denied claims for injured victims. As the manager of the workers’ compensation practice in his current firm, he considers it an obligation when clients trust him to get the compensation and medical care they deserve. Eager to help them get a second chance at life, he guides them through each step of the legal proceedings.

A licensed practitioner for more than three decades, Mr. Linn is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

Keen on sharing his knowledge of the law, Mr. Linn is a frequent speaker at several personal injury seminars and serves as an arbitrator and mediator for claimants who request his help in resolving their cases.
