Daniel P. Lawn

Daniel Lawn is an attorney at Raynes & Lawn in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he practices personal injury law fighting on behalf of individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and harm.  He represents clients throughout the state of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Lawn is committed to providing compassionate and dignified representation to his clients and aggressively litigates when necessary, fighting for victims and their right to recover compensation for their injuries.  He handles personal injury matters involving medical malpractice, products liability, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, and construction accidents.

Prior to joining Raynes & Lawn, Daniel Lawn was a litigation attorney in the center city Philadelphia office of a large, regional law firm. In his more than 3 years at that firm, Dan gained invaluable experience in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice. He has litigated claims for personal injury, fraud, and breach of contract in federal and state courts. He has experience in all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting large scale document review, motion practice, and pre-trial discovery.

A 2015 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and a 2018 graduate of the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, Dan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald McHugh Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school he also interned with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project assessing wrongful conviction claims.
