David Pizzica

David Pizzica is the managing partner of Pansini Law Group, which is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. No matter the type of catastrophe – car crash, slip-and-fall, workplace injury, construction site accident, medical malpractice or explosion incident, he relentlessly fights for the rights of his clients and has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on their behalf. He serves the Greater Philadelphia metro area and Southern New Jersey.

Soon after graduating from Villanova University School of Law in 2010, Mr. Pizzica began to handle cases with six-, seven- and eight-figure sums. He secured his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University in 2007. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (2010) and New Jersey. He was among the top 10% of his Villanova Law class to be elected to the Law Review.

After law school, Mr. Pizzica joined an international law firm in Philadelphia. He focused on handling nationwide claims related to fires, explosions, structural collapses, equipment failures, gas and water leaks, and natural disasters like wildfires, windstorms and floods. His investigations and analyses were timely, accurate and efficient, leading to successful claims for his clients. These skills directly apply to assisting injured and disabled clients. He founded Pansini Law Group in 1986.

Having earned a solid reputation as an aggressive attorney on a national level, Mr. Pizzica is picky about the cases he takes on so that each client gets the individualized care they need. He devotes his undivided attention to each client, fights tirelessly on their behalf, spares no penny on any case, and will not rest until he gets his clients the maximum compensation he believes they deserve.
