Debra Andrea Jensen

Debra Andrea Jensen has practiced law since 1981 and brings more than four decades of experience to the representation of individuals and families in complex, high-stakes litigation. In 2026, she was again selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer — her fourteenth year receiving this distinction.

Most recently, Debra secured a substantial multi-million-dollar resolution in a high-value landlord negligence case arising from a violent sexual assault, reflecting her continued commitment to handling consequential matters with disciplined advocacy and strategic focus.

Over the course of her career, Debra has achieved significant results in medical negligence, products liability, construction litigation, and catastrophic injury cases. She is widely respected for combining rigorous legal analysis with steady trial presence and sound strategic judgment.

Debra has authored and contributed to professional publications and has secured published appellate decisions, including a landmark Americans with Disabilities Act case argued and won before the full, en banc United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, advancing the rights of injured workers to return to employment after disabling injuries.

In 1999, Debra was unanimously elected Managing Partner of her former firm, becoming one of only three women leading major Philadelphia law firms at that time. After decades in firm management, she now practices through her own firm, devoting her full professional attention to carefully selected matters where experience and strategic clarity make a meaningful difference.
