Devin Uqdah

Devin Uqdah is an attorney and former accountant who brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to his practice. He focuses on corporate law, business law, tax law, and estate planning, guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, preparing wills and trust documents, providing strategic tax advice on real estate transactions, and drafting comprehensive business agreements. His background in accounting provides valuable insight when addressing the complex financial and tax implications that arise in corporate and estate matters.

In addition to his private practice, Devin has served in the public sector, where he leveraged his legal expertise to advise government entities on election law, labor law, and contracting matters. He has also built an extensive practice working with both domestic and international clients on sophisticated tax issues, including planning operations for multinational companies and nonprofits, developing international restructuring strategies, and ensuring global tax compliance.

Devin earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law and holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and before the United States Tax Court.
