E. Kelly Conway

E. Kelly Conway is a trial attorney with Steve Harvey Law, LLC, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, practicing across business disputes, complex and commercial litigation, executive and intellectual property litigation, business torts, defamation, constitutional and statutory litigation, environmental and contracts litigation, fraud and selected family law matters, including child custody. Ms. Conway brings to her role a courtroom-driven approach honed over years of public service and private practice. After earning her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2017 and a B.B.A. magna cum laude from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2012, she began building practical litigation experience through a series of clerkships and internships. Her public-sector tenure includes serving as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia from 2018 to 2021, where she litigated matters affecting the safety and welfare of children and frequently appeared in court on behalf of municipal clients.

Ms. Conway has substantial trial experience both as first chair and as second chair, and she handles all phases of civil litigation from initial pleading and discovery through trial and posttrial proceedings. Prior roles that contributed to her courtroom readiness include a clerkship with the Honorable Anne Marie Coyle in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, internships with the Philadelphia and Montgomery County District Attorney’s Offices, and federal judicial and other externships that exposed her to diverse litigation settings.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ms. Conway is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. She maintains active involvement in the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia, engaging with peers on procedural and substantive developments that affect civil and family litigators.
