Attorney Elizabeth A. Bailey is a trial attorney at The Law Firm of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky PC, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Bailey practices personal injury law across the country, focusing her practice on helping victims of catastrophes, particularly those involving aerial lift accidents, construction accidents, electrical accidents, guardrail failures, product defects and malfunctions, workplace accidents and other accidents resulting from negligence.

She also works with sexual assault survivors of all gender identities, working to find civil justice against not just perpetrators, but also the institutions that failed to protect the survivors form harm, including Title IX violations by universities.  She is co- lead counsel in the ground-breaking Title IX class action lawsuit filed against Brown University by sexual assault survivors for mishandling Title IX claims. 

Ms. Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and went on to graduate cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While attending undergraduate school, she was employed in a manufacturing plant and was a member of the local United Auto Workers labor union.

During her time as a law student, Ms. Bailey gained practical legal experience by clerking for a private litigation firm and serving as a teaching assistant to two of her professors. She also received awards for both her written and oral work, and authored an article that was published in the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law.

Since beginning her practice as a personal injury attorney, Ms. Bailey has developed extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court. She has tried and argued cases in jurisdictions across the country, at the state, appellate and federal level. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,the Western District of Pennsylvania,  the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She also has been admitted pro hac vice in courts across the country. 

Ms. Bailey is an active member of her legal community. She belongs to the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. She has given presentations to her fellow lawyers for the Dispute Resolution Institute and American Association for Justice.

She is a graduate from the Number-1-ranked Temple University Beasley School of Law LLM Program.
