Elizabeth Jane Schwab

Within a relatively short period of time, Elizabeth Jane Schwab has made mammoth strides in her legal community through her pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes an unrelenting work ethic, personalized attention and meticulous focus. From the law office of McEldrew Purtell in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she advocates for those whose civil rights have been violated and deploys her shrewd legal acumen to help them persevere in the face of staunch adversity. Ms. Schwab completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin in 2021, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in sociology with a minor in the philosophy of law, as well as a certificate in forensic science. She then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and during her time there, she was president of the Equal Justice Foundation, articles editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, a student attorney at the Criminal Defense Clinic and an advocate at the Support Advocacy Clinic.

After earning her Juris Doctor in 2024, Ms. Schwab obtained her license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Since then, she has gone leaps and bounds ahead in progressing the standard of client care in her industry to even greater heights through every case she takes on. Furthermore, she maintains strong ties to many prominent legal organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group, among many others.
