Emmanuel O. Iheukwumere is a prominent personal injury attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1990, Mr. Iheukwumere graduated summa cum laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a B.A in Political Science, and a minor in Economics. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1995 from Temple University James Beasley School of Law, where he received several academic awards.
