  • In the highly controversial Delaware County Pennsylvania case of Commonwealth v. Jeremiah Calhoun, Philadelphia attorney Evan Hughes obtained a stunning not-guilty verdict in a jury trial stemming from a tragic motor vehicle accident on Interstate 95.  Delaware County prosecutors sought a charge of vehicular homicide, however, a Delaware County jury found otherwise. Hughes's strategic use of expert testimony and relentless-cross examination of the government's witnesses created substantial doubt that Defendant Calhoun was the cause of the woman's death.
  • Obtained not-guilty verdict in the high-profile case of Commonwealth v. Brian Hall, a Philadelphia criminal case that received international media attention.
