James P. Goslee

James P. Goslee is a shareholder and attorney at Cohen, Placitella & Roth, P.C., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he focuses his legal practice on advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. His first step into the legal world was as an associate attorney at an internationally recognized firm’s Los Angeles office where he worked for a good couple of years. Drawing upon his experience, he furthered his career by serving as a law clerk for an esteemed judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for nearly two years. 

Known across the state for his strong presence and exceptional trial skills in the courtroom, Mr. Goslee is widely regarded as a passionate litigator who tirelessly fights to help those who have been injured to set their life back on track. Over the years, he has secured numerous notable verdicts, including individual settlements aggregating to $50 million for plaintiffs injured by a defective medical device, almost a million-dollar settlement for an individual who sustained injuries when a ceiling fan collapsed in her rented apartment and several other notable outcomes in various cases.
