James S. Beall

Jim Beall advises single and multiemployer retirement, health, and training plans across the country. He also counsels labor union clients on internal governance matters. His practice involves regular dealings with the U.S. Department of Labor, the Internal Revenue Service, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and state administrative agencies. And he has participated in benefits litigation before federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Jim graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, served as a law clerk for the Hon. Gerald E. Rosen, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan, and is a frequent lecturer for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
