Jason C. Kadish

The Law Office of Jason C. Kadish was founded in 2014 and specializes in criminal defense. Mr. Kadish has successfully defended clients charged with murder, robbery, possessing illegal firearms, drug trafficking, and other offenses in both federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kadish is a former prosecutor who gained trial experience while working in the Habitual Offenders and Dangerous Drug Offenders Units of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 2005 to 2011. Upon entering private practice in 2011, Mr. Kadish continued his focus on criminal law, representing clients at preliminary hearings, bail hearings, violations of probation, motions to suppress, bench trials, and jury trials throughout the state. His courtroom acumen allowed him to start his own law practice shortly thereafter.

Mr. Kadish has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top-ranked criminal defense attorney (since 2017). Additionally, Mr. Kadish's accomplishments have been acknowledged by America's Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys (since 2018) and the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys (since 2017). 

Mr. Kadish earned his juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005.
