Jeffery A. He also has represented Big Four and other accounting firms in litigation and in SEC, PCAOB and FDIC investigations.
A leader in his field, Mr. Dailey has published several articles on topics involving securities litigation, class actions, and shareholder litigation and risk avoidance. He also has served as an annual speaker at events sponsored by the Association of Corporate Counsel of Greater Philadelphia as well as the Donnelley Financial Solutions’ Corporate Securities Forum. A 1997 graduate of Hobart College, Mr. Dailey obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
