Jeffery A. Dailey co-founded Dailey LLP, a litigation boutique law firm with offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. He represents clients in:

Mr. Dailey has litigated a range of business litigation and corporate and securities litigation matters in state and federals courts throughout the country. He was lead defense trial counsel and obtained a full defense victory in a rare federal securities litigation trial, and has defended companies and their directors and officers, as well as Big Four and other accounting firms in numerous SEC, PCAOB and FDIC investigations.
Mr. Dailey has published several articles on topics involving securities litigation, class actions, and commercial litigation trends and risks. He also has served as an annual speaker at events sponsored by the Association of Corporate Counsel of Greater Philadelphia and Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Recognized for his success, he has earned consistent top rankings and endorsements from his peers.
A 1997 graduate of Hobart College, Mr. Dailey obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Southern and Western Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
