He also appears before workers’ compensation judges in Pennsylvania’s eastern region.
He is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Experienced in litigating claims under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Mr. Dogum is well-known for client advocacy and aggressive pursuit of favorable results.
