Joseph D. Richardson

Joseph Richardson concentrates on labor law, advising union clients on strategy and counseling them on collective bargaining matters. Before entering private practice, Joe spent seven years as a field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in San Francisco and Philadelphia. While practicing as an NLRB attorney, Joe also represented his co-workers as an NLRB Union local president and served as a pro bono arbitrator for denials of service at homeless shelters in San Francisco. Before attending law school, Joe proudly served five years in the Marine Corps, where he learned Arabic and was selected for an elite Marine reconnaissance unit.
