Joseph L. Messa, Jr.

Attorney Joseph L. Messa, Jr. is the founder of Messa & Associates, which has branches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, where he serves clients who have been the victims of personal injury. He has extensive experience with complex personal injury matters involving construction accidents, product liability, fire accidents, medical malpractice, defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices, workplace accidents and more.

Mr. Messa has recovered substantial sums as settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. His achievements have resulted in recognitions including memberships in both the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and has received a “Superb” rating on Avvo. He has also been included to The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 and America’s Top 100 Attorneys ranking list. Licensed to practice law since 1988, Mr. Messa is admitted to appear before federal courts in Colorado, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th Circuits, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
