Joshua C. Cohan

Attorney Joshua C. Cohan is an associate with Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky P.C. law firm, which has law offices in Philadelphia, Media and Horsham, Pennsylvania, as well as Marlton, New Jersey. Working primarily out of the firm's Philadelphia location, Mr. Cohan provides unmatched representation and support to clients throughout his region who have suffered serious injury or loss as a result of someone else's negligence.

A 2010 magna cum laude graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Mr. Cohan attended Villanova University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013. While there, he was a National Quarter Finalist in the 2012 National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition as well as in the 52nd annual Honorable Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition, and he received honors for his excellent achievements in oral advocacy and competition briefs.

Mr. Cohan regularly contributes to The Legal Intelligencer and has contributed to the Pennsylvania Causes of Action, 8th Edition. He has also helped author the Library of Pennsylvania Personal Injury Forms, 5th Edition. He is an active member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, among his other professional affiliations, and he holds his license to practice in New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania.
