A 2004 graduate of Lafayette College, Ms. Gibbons Feden obtained her Juris Doctor from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in 2009. She serves as vice president and board member of the Victims Services Center of Norristown, and she is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and its Diversity Committee as well as the Safer Streets Task Force and other professional legal organizations.

She has also served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Criminal Procedural Rules Committee as well as its Bail Reform, Pretrial Procedures, Juvenile Expungement Procedures subcommittees. Additionally, she maintains active involvement with various civic, academic, athletic and charitable organizations in her area.
