Attorney Marc S. Raspanti is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Raspanti handles compliance, government enforcement and qui tam actions and practices health care and white collar criminal defense law. He founded the firm's national False Claims Act practice group and the firm's white Collar Criminal Defense practice group. He represents accountants, attorneys, corporations, executives, health care providers, politicians and other professionals nationally and outside The United States.

Mr. Raspanti has more than 34 years of legal experience. In addition to his practice, he regularly speaks and writes on health care, qui tam and white collar criminal defense matters and has served as an Adjuct Professor of Law at a number of law schools.

Mr. Raspanti has received honors from various groups for his accomplishments. He is AV Preeminent* rated by the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell, is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized by the U.S. Healthcare Expert Guide and Lawdragon 500 magazine. He also received the Cesare Beccaria Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association’s criminal justice section and the Justinian Society. He was also selected by his peers for the 2006 through 2018 editions of Best Lawyers in America in the area of Health Care Law litigation. Mr. Raspanti is active in various professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Health Care Compliance Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He also belongs to the qui tam section of the Federal Bar Association and the federal law committee of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Raspanti earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law since 1984.
