Matthew L. Wilson

A workers’ compensation attorney representing those in eastern Pennsylvania, Matthew L. Wilson is certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a specialist in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation and is a partner at Martin Law LLC. With over 25 years of experience, he has dedicated his practice to helping injured workers obtain the compensation they deserve.

A co-author of the Workers’ Compensation Practice and Procedure Manual for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. As a popular speaker and lecturer, Mr. Wilson has spoken for the workers’ compensation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association several times. In 2018, he was awarded The Irvin Stander Award for Professionalism in Workers’ Compensation, was named an Awesome Attorney by the Suburban Life Magazine in 2012, and since 2010, has been on the list of Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Wilson attended Rutgers College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1983 and a Master of Arts in 1984. At Rutgers School of Law, he earned a Juris Doctor in 1986 and in 2017 was named Lawyer of the Year. Serving as an example to others, his dedication and professionalism is unparalleled.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, the American Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
