Patrick Howard

A partner at The Law Firm of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky PC and a member of its Class Action Practice Group, Patrick Howard represents individuals throughout Pennsylvania and across the United States in consumer fraud litigation. He also represents small and large businesses, including multiemployer Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans, that are plaintiffs in antitrust actions. Mr. Howard has been instrumental in obtaining several sizable settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients, including a $23 million settlement in a class action lawsuit involving defective toilet connectors and a settlement in excess of $6 million in a securities fraud class action lawsuit.

Mr. Howard attended The University of Scranton as an undergraduate, majoring in history and political science and receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1998. He then went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2001. While in law school, he was a member of its Moot Court Board and participated in the annual Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition.

After graduation, Mr. Howard served a year's clerkship for a judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania before entering private practice. He joined his current firm in 2007. Admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, Mr. Howard is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
