Ricky L. Liss

Mr. Liss has also "given back" to those in need, having served on non-profit Boards and participated in numerous charitable endeavors.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, a non-profit that provides full tuition scholarships to under-served families for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Mr. Liss completed his undergraduate studies in 1978, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University, and he went on to attend the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 1981, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
