Robert A. Davitch

As a principal and owner of the law firm of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, P.C., Robert A. Davitch is committed to representing Pennsylvanians in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh and Dauphin counties, as well as the the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania federal courts. Mr. Davitch focuses his practice on handling cases that involve employment and labor law, civil rights, constitutional law, and plaintiff personal injury.

Mr. Davitch earned his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Representing clients from all walks of life, Mr. Davitch is dedicated to protecting the rights of those who have suffered wrongful termination from employment, job discrimination and other civil rights violations, and those who are involved in contract and other disputes relating to their employment and their rights as owners/shareholders.  He also advocates for his clients to secure just compensation for whistleblowers and victims of medical malpractice and premises liability.

Mr. Davitch has decades of experience representing clients both in state and federal courts. Relying on his attention to detail and his commitment to justice, he has consistently achieved favorable results for his clients, both in settlements and at trial. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
