Robert C. Barchiesi, II

Robert C. Barchiesi II is a dedicated advocate and the driving force behind Barchiesi Law PLLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With a career built on a steadfast commitment to justice and the protection of his clients’ rights, he brings both passion and precision to every matter he undertakes. His practice – focused on criminal defense, immigration and consumer law – reflects a broad legal acumen honed through years of hands-on experience and courtroom success.  

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Empire State College, Mr. Barchiesi obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2019. He has since secured admissions to multiple federal forums, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Tax Court, as well as the U.S. Immigration Courts as an EOIR-registered attorney.  

Mr. Barchiesi’s early tenure as an assistant public defender in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, afforded him a comprehensive grounding in criminal law – from drafting persuasive motions to leading impassioned trial defenses in cases ranging from summary offenses to serious felonies. 

This foundation was further strengthened by his service as special counsel for the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Justice, where Mr. Barchiesi directed complex felony investigations and prosecutions, supervised law enforcement initiatives and shaped policy decisions that reverberated throughout the territory’s criminal justice system.
