He is widely regarded as the top construction accident attorney in America. Mr. Mongeluzzi obtained his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1981. He also holds an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, Mr. Mongeluzzi is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Mr. Mongeluzzi is a past president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and a former member of the board of governors of the American Association for Justice.
