Robert N. Braker

Robert N. Braker is a partner at The Law Firm of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky PC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Braker is a personal injury attorney who serves clients throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey. He handles complex matters involving motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents and other types of catastrophes.

Mr. Braker is the leader of the premises liability and motor vehicle accident groups of The Law Firm of Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky PC. Throughout his career, he has recovered numerous substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients, many of which have exceeded 1 million dollars.  

Mr. Braker holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, he clerked for The Law Firm of Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky PC and joined the firm as an attorney upon graduation. He has been admitted to practice law since 1991.

Because of outstanding work on behalf of his clients, Mr. Braker has earned honors and recognition by various professional organizations. The American Society of Legal Advocates named him one of the “top 100 litigation attorneys” in Pennsylvania several years in a row, and he was also listed among the “top 100 trial lawyers” by the American Association for Justice from 2009 to 2015.

In 2016, Mr. Braker also received the “nationally ranked top 10 attorneys award” by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. In 2015 and 2016, he was recognized as one of the country’s “top one percent of distinguished lawyers” by the National Association of Distinguished Council.
