Ronald Greenblatt

Ronald Greenblatt is the co-founder and managing partner of Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt & Flores, LLC, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Focusing his practice exclusively on litigation, he handles both criminal and civil issues for clients in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania. In his criminal practice, Mr. Greenblatt defends those who have been charged with such offenses as DUI, homicide, sexual assault, fraud and other white collar crimes, serious drug offenses and vehicular manslaughter. He also handles family law matters including child custody and equitable distribution as well as other civil cases such as employment disputes, First Amendment claims and intellectual property.

After receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 1987, Mr. Greenblatt joined the Defender Association of Philadelphia and was part of its Special Defense Unit, representing defendants in complex and highly-publicized cases, before entering private practice. The training he received in forensics has given him a solid foundation in his current criminal defense work. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Greenblatt is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

The chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Mr. Greenblatt also serves on the executive committee of the Defender Association of Philadelphia Alumni Association and is a member of the Philadelphia and Camden County bar associations, the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey and the Philadelphia Criminal Law American Inn of Court.
