Details

Samuel B. Dordick serves the clients of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky P.C. as an associate personal injury attorney. He focuses on catastrophic cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey such as structural collapses, train accidents, catastrophic fires, vehicle accidents, boating and maritime injuries, and product liability cases. Already, he has contributed to over $1.5 Billion in wins for injured or wrongfully killed persons and their families.

Mr. Dordick first joined Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky P.C. as a law clerk, while completing his J.D. His research and writing skills served him well in this role and contributed to a $227 million win at the firm for a structural collapse case. Not surprisingly, the firm did not hesitate to welcome him back upon graduation. Since then, he has contributed to multiple record-setting wins for his clients.  Most recently, Mr. Dordick played an integral role in recovering over $1.2 Billion for the victims of the 2021 Surfside Miami catastrophic building collapse which claimed the lives of 98 people.  Mr. Dordick has also obtained a confidential $17 million result in a pedestrian versus motor vehicle accident, a confidential $12 million result in a workplace death, an $8.85 million win for a work accident and numerous other confidential seven and eight figure results.

Surprisingly enough, Mr. Dordick did not at first intend to become an attorney. His goal was to work in biotechnology research. To that end, he completed his undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering at the University of Miami. At the heart of his original career pursuit was a desire to help others. He recognized that law provided another avenue to achieve this, so he completed his J.D. at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars in 2016 and 2017, respectively.

Even outside of work, Mr. Dordick continues to find new ways to serve others and build connections in his field. He maintains active memberships in several organizations such as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
