Thomas J. Wagner

A trial lawyer at the Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner, LLC, Thomas J. Wagner represents clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the southeast part of the state. Mr. Wagner attended Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science before attending law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor there and is now admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

The Maritime Law Association of the United States designated Mr. Wagner as a Proctor in Admiralty and the firm is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association’s legal network and the International Society of Primerus Law Firms. In Philadelphia County, he serves in the Major Jury Program as a Judge Pro Tem for the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.

A member of the American Bar Association, Mr. Wagner is also involved with the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association and the Defense Research Institute Trucking and Fire Casualty Special Litigation Group. During his career, he has been invited to appear in federal and state courts in New York, Maryland, Florida, Illinois, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Kentucky.
