After graduating with honors from West Chester University, Ms. Schwartz attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she received numerous awards for her excellent academic achievements. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2007, and after serving as an associated attorney for several years, she returned to her alma mater, Temple University Beasley School of Law, receiving her LL.M. in trial advocacy with Honors in 2017.

She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
