Rebecca A. Hobbs

As a principal at O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., Rebecca A. Hobbs practices elder law, special needs planning, and estate and trusts  in Montgomery County, Chester County, Bucks County, and Berks County, Pennsylvania. Ms. Hobbs is a Certified Elder Law Attorney which is a  designation given by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) to attorneys who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in elder law. This certification is authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ms. Hobbs handles cases in special needs planning, wills and estate planning, guardianships, trusts, probate and estate administration, veterans benefits, and Medicaid.

With over a decade of experience, Ms. Hobbs is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the state of Pennsylvania. She is a United States Veterans Administration Attorney and earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from Regent University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern University in 2006 with a major in English literature and a minor in political science.

Ms. Hobbs is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is part of the Probate and Real Property Section and Elder Law Section where she is appointed as part of the Elder Law Council.  She is on the editorial board of NAELA's prestigious Journal. A member of the Montgomery Bar Association, she is a member of the Board of Directors and the co-chair of the elder law committee. 

Ms. Hobbs is also a regular speaker and presenter on many elder law, trust, and estate law topics throughout the state and nationally.
