Amanda J. Bonnesen

Managing Partner at Berger and Green, Amanda J. Bonnesen, devotes her practice exclusively to assisting people in obtaining their rightful Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her clients come from the greater metropolitan area as well as from parts of West Virginia and Ohio. An active participant in a variety of professional organizations, Ms. Bonnesen's memberships include the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she sits on its Social Security Practitioners Committee, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Born and raised in West Virginia, Ms. Bonnesen attended the University of South Carolina as an undergraduate, where she majored in criminal justice and was named to Alpha Phi Sigma, the national criminal justice honor society, before receiving a Bachelor of Arts. Deciding to pursue a legal education, she then enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law, and she served a clerkship with a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2006.
