Hailing from Philadelphia, Ms. Snyder graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Rider University in 2016 before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2020. She then became licensed in Pennsylvania in 2021. Before her current role at the Family Defense Project, she was an associate attorney at Pollock Begg and a staff attorney with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation’s Juvenile Court Project.

A respected figure in the legal arena, Ms. Snyder remains an integral part of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where she continues to engage with the Women in the Law Division as a council member and contributes to the Young Lawyers Division. Her efforts with the Young Lawyers Division’s Anti-Racism Committee in organizing a Green Card Renewal CLE and Clinic earned national acclaim from the American Bar Association.
