Anna C. Sulanowski

Anna Sulanowski focuses her practice primarily on family law matters at the Law Office of Anna C. Sulanowski. She is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and she represents clients throughout the greater metropolitan area, including Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Lawrence, Washington and Armstrong counties. Ms. Sulanowski became admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2015.

Many of Ms. Sulanowski’s family law clients are people whose marriages have broken down, and she guides them through the divorce-related legal issues of the equitable distribution of marital property, alimony, child support, and child custody and visitation. She works with them to find a resolution to some or all of these matters through negotiations or mediation, but in the event that litigation becomes necessary, she advocates on their behalf in family court. Ms. Sulanowski has also prepared and reviewed prenuptial and post-marital agreements, and she has handled adoptions and represented victims of domestic violence who are seeking protection from abuse orders.

Ms. Sulanowski majored in psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. She then was a research assistant at a local psychiatric clinic until enrolling at Duquesne University School of Law. While she was there, Ms. Sulanowski interned at the school’s Family Law Clinic and studied abroad before graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2015. She is active in a local nonprofit organization that assists people who have intellectual disabilities.
