He has led initiatives focused on scalable growth, KPI-driven decision-making, SOP development, margin optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and technology-enabled performance management, aligning legal excellence with modern business discipline.Mr. Leonelli works closely with executive leadership and department heads to design and implement systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and client outcomes while supporting sustainable growth.
