Brian E. McKinley

Brian E. McKinley is a family law attorney at Wilder Mahood McKinley & Oglesby, serving clients throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area in Pennsylvania. Since joining the firm in 2001, Mr. McKinley has built a comprehensive practice focused on divorce, child support, custody matters, and premarital and postmarital agreements.

Mr. McKinley achieved partnership status at the firm in June 2012, marking over a decade of dedicated service to families navigating complex legal challenges. He previously earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude from Kent State University, majoring in finance, and later completed advanced training at the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston Law Center.
