C. William Kenny brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as a trial lawyer at Berger & Green Attorneys. During his impressive legal career, he has handled a wide range of complex lawsuits in civil courts at both the federal and state levels. Medical malpractice, car crashes, product liability and sports injuries are just some of the many cases he handles in Pittsburgh, PA.
As a child, C. William Kenny dreamed of becoming an architect. However, when he attended college, he majored in English and minored in history. While completing his undergraduate degree, he also developed an interest in medieval and renaissance literature and had the amazing opportunity to study this overseas at Dublin University. However, when he returned to Pennsylvania, it was with the express goal of completing his law degree.
He graduated in 1998 and was admitted to the bar that same year. The U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, and U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania are some additional courts he is licensed to practice in. Since the start of his career, C. William Kenny has won millions of dollars for his clients. He has also developed a strong reputation for integrity and consequently became AV Preeminent rated in 2018.
C. William Kenny has maintained active memberships in several legal organizations. These include the Allegheny County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a past board member and past president of the Thomas More Society.
