In January 2000, he published an article entitled "The Evolution of Pennsylvania's Recognition of Death Claims on Behalf of Mortally Injured Fetuses" in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly. Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Lang has lectured frequently in matters involving medical negligence, personal injury and ethics. Most recently, he presented lectures, and prepared written materials for Pennsylvania Bar Institute programs on the topics of trial advocacy, and for the National Businesses Institute on Medical Malpractice. I the past two years, he has also presented nationally broadcast telewebinars for the National Business Institute on the ethical issues involved in substance abuse in the legal profession.
