Gusty Sunseri

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Gusty A. E. Sunseri is the founder of and the principal attorney at Gusty Sunseri & Associates, P.C. He provides representation to people and businesses throughout the greater metropolitan region in a variety of practice areas, including divorce and other family law matters, criminal defense, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, estate planning and administration, elder law, oil and gas, taxation, and business transactions and litigation. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Mr. Sunseri is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Sunseri's criminal defense practice involves assisting people who are facing misdemeanor or felony charges, including driving under the influence, drug possession, fraud and other white collar offenses, domestic violence, assault and weapons violations. His personal injury cases have included medical malpractice and other forms of negligence, and his other civil litigation experience has encompassed breach of contract actions and employment agreement disputes.
