Jessie Rawlings is a founding partner of Raver Rawlings & Parker PLLC, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Concentrating her practice on family law, she is adept with all the aspects pertaining to adoption, child custody and support, adoptions, paternity, military divorce, same-sex divorc,e and domestic abuse. With her primary focus on the counties of Allegheny, Butler, and Westmoreland, she extends her practice throughout Southwest Pennsylvania.

A B.A. criminal justice graduate of PennWest Edinboro, Ms. Rawlings obtained her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2010 from the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she concentrated on topics of poverty law, family law, and collaborative law practices. There, she was also an active part of the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division and the Coastal Association of Public Interest Law.

Ms. Rawlings’ tenures of service with various community-oriented organizations such as the SafeNet Domestic Violence Safety Network, Legal Aid of North Carolina, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Community Justice Project, and Neighborhood Legal Services exposed her to the troubles of people and families in the locality and beyond. This honed her skills in capturing the essence of each case, helping her get to the root of the issue, thereby providing her with an advantage in making effective strategies. In addition, she is also a certified counselor advocate authorized by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
