Mr. Schwab completed his bachelor’s degree in 1998 at Grove City College and his doctorate in law in 2002 at the Penn State Dickinson Law. He entered private legal practice after gaining invaluable trial and litigation experience while serving the U.S. Marine Corps as a chief trial attorney at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Permitted to practice law in all state and federal courts across the District of Columbia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, Mr. Schwab appears in the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 4th Circuits; the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia; and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Schwab is part of organizations such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He plays an active role on the Journal of Law & Public Policy’s editorial board and as a faculty member of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law.
