Laura Phillips is a founding partner of Phillips Froetschel LLC. She has nearly twenty yeras of experience representing people seriously injured by medical malpractice, car and truck accidents, and defective products.
With a genuine concern for her clients, Laura understands the psychological, physical and financial effects of being hurt or injured due to someone else’s negligent and careless actions. She is an aggressive and fierce advocate for her clients’ rights and has obtained favorable settlements and verdicts on their behalf.
Laura received her Bachelor of Science degree in foreign service with honors from Georgetown University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a legal research and writing fellow and was a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
Laura is licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She lectures regularly at numerous continuing legal education platforms about courtroom technology, trial tactics, professional ethics and proving damages.
Active in her affiliations with the legal community, Ms. Phillips is a member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
