Laurence B. Green

As a founding partner of Berger and Green, Laurence B. Green built a long career providing dedicated trial representation for personal injury victims throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. Known for his detailed, hands-on approach, he spent decades committed to protecting clients’ rights and helping them pursue full and fair compensation.

A Pittsburgh native, Mr. Green enlisted in the U.S. Army after high school and served in South Korea and Japan. After completing his service, he earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1971. He began his legal career as a staff attorney with Neighborhood Legal Services Association before opening his own practice, where he represented personal injury clients across the region—a commitment that ultimately led to the founding of Berger and Green.

Throughout his career, Mr. Green earned recognition for his trial successes and dedication to client advocacy. He became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys who achieved results of $1 million or more for their clients. He was also active in professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Green has been licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
