Lisle T. Weaver

A partner at Farrell Weaver & Okun, LLC Lisle T. Weaver has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 2018. Focusing his career on criminal law, he takes up cases from in and around the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. He handles a variety of matters from criminal defense and criminal appeals as well as commutations and expungements on cases involving:

Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Weaver secured his Bachelor of Arts degree. He studied law at Duquesne University, from where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During his tenure at the law school, he was recognized for the best respondent brief in the Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court competition, and he also participated in the Appellate Moot Court program.

Mr. Weaver strives to keep the innocents from being wrongly accused or sent to prison. As a diligent law student, he was also the recipient of the prestigious Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society Award, recognizing his skills in trial advocacy.

In addition, while at the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Weaver actively participated in the community-oriented initiatives of various groups and organizations. Hailing from Altoona in Pennsylvania, he prioritized time to work for the Keeping It Real Foundation, where he helped in teaching underprivileged children, including the Somalian refugees in the Pittsburgh area. 

With experience handling a variety of criminal law matters, Mr. Weaver proficiently manages preliminary hearings, grand jury proceedings, jury trials, post-sentence motions, post-conviction relief petitions, expungements, and appeals to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to appear before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
