Maura Perri

With a deft touch and strong legal acuity, Maura K. Perri diligently serves her clients in their complex legal problems in the field of business law, health care law and commercial real estate. At the Business Law Group of Houston Harbaugh, P.C., in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she handles matters such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and business planning, as well as land use and zoning issues, and drafting sales agreements and deeds, among many others.

After graduating summa cum laude in 2016 from the University of Pittsburgh with her bachelor’s degree in Chinese with a minor in sociology, Ms. Perri enrolled at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During her undergraduate studies, she was part of Delta Phi Epsilon and held the position of Assistant Academic Chair. Furthermore, she was also part of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society and was inducted into the National Chinese Honor Society.

At law school, Ms. Perri actively looked to bolster her legal knowledge and use it in practice. She was the associate editor of the Duquesne Law Review, secretary of the Duquesne Appellate Moot Court Board and was a student ambassador. In addition, she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research and Writing (I&II), Sales, International Law and Gender of the Law. She received her Juris Doctor in 2019, along with her license to practice in Pennsylvania.

Before her turn as an effective and judicious attorney, Ms. Perri served as a law clerk for the city of Pittsburgh, where she helped draft memorandums, pleadings and discovery documents, along with conducting copious amount of legal research in constitutional law and labor and employment. Within her legal community, she holds memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
