Michael J. Gallucci

Michael J. Gallucci is an associate at Savinis & Kane, L.L.C., located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has dedicated the majority of his practice to zealously advocating for individuals throughout the greater Pittsburgh area as well as West Virginia who have contracted diseases such as mesothelioma, colon cancer and lung cancer due to asbestos exposure. In addition to asbestos cases, Mr. Gallucci litigates general personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, animal bites, products liability and motor vehicle accidents at both the trial and appellate levels.

After earning his bachelor's degree in political science and prelaw from Edinboro University in 2001, Mr. Gallucci went on to attend the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law. During his time in law school, he garnered multiple CALI Excellence for the Future awards on account of his stellar academic performance in criminal law, legal research and writing, and torts among other courses. Prior to being awarded his Juris Doctor with high honors in 2004, he had also served as a teaching assistant in torts and civil procedure classes, authored an article on punitive damages for the Ohio Northern University Law Review, and qualified as a finalist in the Daniel S. Guy Appellate Advocacy Competition.

To remain abreast of developments in his practice area, Mr. Gallucci maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Mr. Galluci is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
