Neil R. Rosen is a founding partner of Rosen & Perry, P.C., in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He devotes his practice to personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs throughout the Pittsburgh area in actions relating to medical malpractice, defective products, wrongful death, and industrial and construction site accidents. During his career, Mr. Rosen has helped clients win some of the highest settlements and jury awards in western Pennsylvania.

After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in political science from the University of South Carolina in 1972, Mr. Rosen earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 4th Circuits.

A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Rosen has received wide praise from his peers. Listed in The Best Lawyers in America*, he has also been given an AV Preeminent** rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.

Outside of the office, Mr. Rosen participates in many professional and community activities. He has served on the Committee on Rules of Evidence of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and has established an endowment at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law to promote civil litigation trial advocacy skills. A past president of Adat Shalom Synagogue, Mr. Rosen was given the Shalom Award in 2006 by the Kollel Jewish Learning Center. He belongs to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations, and the American Association for Justice.
