Sandra S. Neuman

Attorney Sandra S. Neuman has devoted her legal career to advocating for the rights of Pennsylvania residents who are facing life-altering injuries and challenges due to the negligent actions of others. She founded her firm, Sandra Neuman Law, LLC, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to secure the justice and full compensation her clients deserve. She has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1994.

Over her career spanning 28-plus years, Ms. Neuman has garnered experience handling a range of personal injury matters related to medical malpractice, birth injuries, wrongful death, brain and spine injuries, premises liability, general and commercial vehicle accidents, construction accidents, defective drugs and medical devices, and nursing home abuse.

Ms. Neuman graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, in 1991. She obtained her J.D. in 1994 from Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Law Review, was inducted into The Order of Barristers and received the American Jurisprudence Award for outstanding proficiency in advanced legal research. She also played an active role in the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society, where she was a national semi-finalist. 

Recognizing her contributions to the profession, Ms. Neuman was rated 10 out of 10 through AVVO and bestowed with their Clients’ Choice Award. Furthermore, she is Lead Counsel Verified in medical malpractice and personal injury.

Known for delivering results, Ms. Neuman has secured over $125 million on behalf of injured plaintiffs, and as a result, she has earned membership in the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Some of her noteworthy results include a $5 million verdict for a brain damaged client who received the wrong dose of medication, a $1.2 million verdict for medical misdiagnosis and multiple 7-figure and 8-figure settlements.

An active contributor to her community, Ms. Neuman is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization limited to the top 250 trial attorneys in Allegheny County, where she has served on the Board of Governors and currently serves as Chair of the Membership Committee.  She also belongs to the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and is a member of the Commonwealth's Investigative Division for the Judicial Evaluation Commission.
